Established in 1999, Valley Pension Services, Inc. (VPS) is a consulting firm providing Third Party Administrative (TPA) services in the qualified retirement plan arena. Owned and operated by Sonia Casares, APA, and Diane J. Rovedatti, APA, VPS administers plans such as Pension, Profit Sharing, 401(k), Age Weighted, New Comparability (Cross Tested), Safe Harbor, Cash Balance, Prevailing Wage, and Defined Benefit Pension Plans.
VPS is committed to providing the business community with the latest technology affecting the qualified plan area, while providing superior service at competitive prices. Our focus is on helping employers shelter income from taxation by designing a plan to best fit the needs of the owners and their employees. This is a highly technical industry and we specialize in staying ahead of the changing IRS and DOL laws and regulations. Our combined experience in the field allows us to utilize more of the sophisticated techniques available in plan design and on-going administration.
